Example 1
A trip to Barcelona
Last summer, I went on a vacation to Barcelona, Spain. I traveled with my family — my parents and my younger sister. We stayed there for a week. I packed my clothes, camera, sunscreen, and some books for the trip.
We stayed in a small but comfortable hotel near the city center. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was very friendly. Every morning, we had breakfast at the hotel before going out to explore the city.
During our vacation, we did a lot of sightseeing. We visited famous places like the Sagrada Familia and the beach. I really enjoyed taking photos of the beautiful architecture and trying local food. We also went shopping for souvenirs at the local market.
I had an amazing time in Barcelona. The weather was perfect, and the views were breathtaking. I loved exploring new places and learning about the culture.
However, there were some things I didn't like. The city was very crowded, especially at popular tourist spots, and it was sometimes noisy. Also, the food was a bit expensive, but it was still delicious.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I hope to visit Barcelona again someday.

Example 2
My vacation in Japan
Last spring, I went on a vacation to Tokyo, Japan, with my best friend. We spent five days there. I brought my camera, some comfortable clothes, a map, and my favorite snacks for the trip.
We stayed in a small hotel near Shibuya, a busy and exciting area in Tokyo. The hotel was modern and clean, but the rooms were small. The staff was helpful, and they spoke a little English, which made things easier.
During our vacation, we did a lot of sightseeing. We visited famous places like the Tokyo Tower, the Shibuya Crossing, and the Meiji Shrine. We also went to a theme park called Tokyo Disneyland, which was amazing. I loved trying Japanese food like sushi, ramen, and tempura. We also spent time shopping in Harajuku, where we bought some cool clothes and souvenirs.
I had a wonderful time in Tokyo. The city was exciting, and there was so much to see and do. The people were friendly, and the public transport was very convenient.
However, there were some things I didn't like. Tokyo was very crowded, especially on the trains, and it was sometimes hard to find our way because of the language barrier. The weather was also a bit rainy on some days, which made it difficult to explore.
Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I hope to visit Japan again in the future.
